Brass Diya for Pooja/Brass Diya Oil Lamp

There are different uses for different types of lamps. Nantha vilaku is a lamp that gives light continuously. Almost all Hindu Houses or SriVaishnava homes have a Nanda Vilakku placed in the Pooja room which is lit continuously, it is cleaned usually twice a day the first thing in the morning and again when the lamp / light is lit in the evening. Providing for the Nanda Vilakku is the first thing arranged for in the temples as well.
